Ampersand is a mental health and wellbeing magazine which amplifies the voices of our community, allows them to benefit from creativity as self-care, and provides them with a space to share their experiences. This builds understanding and connection, by making those with similar experiences feel less alone and providing a window into alternate perspectives.
We strive to be as inclusive and intersectional as possible. We understand that mental health is uniquely personal, and recognise that it is shaped by people’s experiences. Not everything in this magazine will be for everyone, but we hope you find one thing to try, read about an experience you identify with, or feel a little more hopeful that things can get better.
